The Farm
Taking the farm-to-table dining concept a step further, The Farm’s kitchen is supplied by an on-site hydroponic farm, which grows all manner of fresh, crunchy salads, microgreens and herbs. A must for vegetarians, vegans and healthy eaters, the menu features delicious juices and smoothies, plenty of meat-free options and vibrant, tasty plant-centric dishes that mix Caribbean and Asian influences. Open for brunch, lunch, and dinner, the seating is outdoors in a garden-like setting. Don’t miss the sushi and dimsum soiree on Tuesday evenings.

Embers
Opened in December 2023, Embers is a family-run establishment that offers something unique in Provo: an open kitchen where much of the cooking is done on a wood-fired grill. Offering a fusion of Japanese, Korean and Mediterranean flavours, which are given a smoky accent by the grill, the menu is ever-changing but focuses on small plates, designed for sharing. Craft cocktails, expertly blended by the master mixologist make the perfect accompaniment to the delicate and unusual flavours. Dine indoors, outdoors or enjoy a cocktail at the bar, and enjoy live music on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Open for dinner only.

Specialising in fresh seafood and local ingredients prepared using Mediterranean techniques, the Marine Room certainly delivers on flavour, but with its gorgeous mid-century modern décor, sophisticated soundtrack and gorgeous ocean views, it’s a feast for all the senses.
