It is advisable to book as early as possible to have the greatest choice of villas. ‘if you are planning to visit in peak season (Christmas and New Year) we recommend booking at least eight months in advance. At other times of year, booking at least 90 days out is recommended, although last minute bookings are also possible.

Minimum stays also vary according to the season. During the slow season the minimum booking might be four nights, but during peak season (over New Year) it can go up to 10 nights.
The maximum occupancy depends on the villa. It is usually calculated at two people per bedroom, and we cannot accept more guests than a villa’s published maximum occupancy. Check in is at 3:30 PM and check-out is at 10:30 AM.
While we understand the importance of furry family members, pets are not allowed at our villas to ensure a comfortable environment for all guests. We appreciate your understanding in maintaining a pet-free space.

For guest convenience, any groceries purchased or activities booked on your behalf are charged to your incidental account, unless instructed otherwise, and payable at the end of your stay. All incidental charges are subject to a 15% administrative fee.
Yes. If your villa does not include this service, but you would rather not shop and cook on vacation, The Source has professional chefs available for hire. Your chef will design a menu around your group’s food preferences.
Yes. Butler service and housekeeping are available as add-ons to any villa that does not include this service.
Yes, in addition to assisting with things like with restaurant reservations, purchasing your favourite wine or ensuring there is a crib and highchair for the youngest in your party, your Concierge also helps plan special celebrations: birthdays, anniversaries, engagements, and graduations.
Your primary point of contact throughout your stay will be your dedicated Concierge, whose direct phone number will be shared with you. Your Concierge will personally welcome you upon arrival and check in with you daily to ensure you're enjoying your stay and to assist with any needs or concerns.

You can fly direct to Providenciales (airport code PLS) from over two dozen international cities, including London, New York, Washington DC, Miami, Toronto, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Philadelphia, and Atlanta.
Several international airlines fly to the Turks and Caicos, including British Airways, American Airlines, United, Air Canada, Delta, Jet Blue, West Jet, and InterCaribbean. All airlines share a general ticketing and check-in hall. There are no satellite terminals.
Once on the island, rental cars or taxis are the main means of getting around. There is no public transport and no ride-hailing services such as Uber or Lyft in the Turks and Caicos.
Larger villas include complimentary return airport transfers. For smaller villas, we can assist with arranging car rentals, taxi services, or private SUV transfers.
Hurricane season in Turks and Caicos runs from June 1st to November 30th. The peak of the season – with the highest chance of hurricanes – is typically from mid-August to late November. However, even during this period, hurricanes are relatively rare.
To avoid disappointment, we recommend making restaurant reservations well in advance, particularly during peak season (December through April). Just let your Concierge know where you would like to go and they will take care of it for you.
