For our smaller villas, the rental is room only, providing guests with the flexibility to explore local dining options. Elevate your culinary experience at our larger villas, where a private chef is included in the rental. Please note, that the cost of provisions and beverages are additional.

Larger villas offer complimentary return airport transfers. For smaller villas, we can assist with arranging car rentals, taxi services, or private SUV transfers.

What is your cancellation policy?
Enjoy peace of mind with our flexible cancellation policy. Receive a full refund up to 60 days before arrival, minus a $300 administrative fee. Within 60 days, refunds are not applicable.

A refundable security deposit based on the villa size, along with a government tax of 12%. A service charge of 10% is also additional for larger staffed villas.
