The Turks and Caicos Government has published new entry requirements that will come into effect May 1, 2022. The Turks and Caicos Islands will no longer require arriving passengers to take a COVID test and acquire medical insurance. As such, visitors will not need approval to enter the TCI through the TCI Assured Portal. This program will be discontinued. All visitors will need to be fully vaccinated on arrival in the Turks and Caicos Islands.

Until April 30, 2022 All travelers to the Turks and Caicos Islands will be required to apply for TCI Travel Authorization through the TCI Assured Portal at https://travelauthorisation.turksandcaicostourism.com/, three days prior to arrival.
1. COVID-19 VACCINATION AND TESTING REQUIREMENTS
As of September 1, 2021, all visitors to the Turks and Caicos Islands will have to upload to the TCI Assured Portal- proof of being fully vaccinated and a negative COVID 19 PCR or Antigen test taken within three days (72 hours) of arrival. Fully Vaccinated visitors are those visitors who would have had both COVID 19 Vaccination shots. The second shot would have to have been taken 14 days prior to arrival. If a visitor took the Johnson and Johnson single shot then that shot would have had to have been taken 14 days or two weeks prior to arrival.
Accepted Vaccinations – Johnson and Johnson, Pfizer, Moderna and AstraZeneca.
2. INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS
The Turks and Caicos Islands Government requires proof of Medical/ Travel insurance that covers; in-country COVID-19 medical costs and full hospitalization, doctors’ visits, prescriptions along with air ambulance coverage. A guest is made subject to quarantine or hospitalization shall bear the costs of all treatment received and the costs for accommodation and board.
