The heart of the property is the stunning outdoor space overlooking the tranquil blue waters of the Leeward canals. Here, a large L-shaped pool wraps around two sides of the property, with space for swimming laps, relaxing in the hot tub and sipping cocktails in the shaded shallow section. A separate pavilion housing an outdoor kitchen, barbecue and comfortable seating area makes cooking casual meals a breeze, while a covered deck adjacent to the great room ensures ample space to spread out and dine looking out over the water.
Beyond the pool deck a private dock enables guests to paddle out on kayaks and SUPs, be picked up for boat charters, or launch jet skis directly from the property.

The vacation at Hawksbill Estate was even beyond our expectations. 21 people had the time of their lives. The house and beach house were beautiful, the beach was right there with all of the other amenities to enjoy. The service was fabulous and the help even more so.the foods outstanding as were the two chefs.everything was perfect. we were sorry to leave. They made a beautiful New Years party and we just loved being there.
You have an unbelievably spectacular villa with the kindest, most effective staff. We felt right at home because of their warm, welcoming presence. The Easter bunny made a beach appearance, which delighted the many children here (ages 1 1/2 to 16). The food and drinks were enough to entice us to forego visiting the plentiful restaurants this island offers. We snorkeled in the reef, played on the sand bar, and even had a visit from a real mermaid! Most special was visiting the rescue puppies … with hopes of adopting one. We had an amazing family vacation and the fell blessed to have been here together!

What a fabulous place. All 12 of us (incl 5 children 6 and under) awoke in paradise every day and fell asleep every night with a tired grin. The house and the food were so amazing it was hard to justify more than a few trips away … Best trip ever!!
