NO HIDDEN FEES
We are completely transparent in our pricing, so there are no unexpected surprises at the end of your stay. The rental rates for each property are clearly advertised along with the government mandated rental tax of 12% and the government mandated service charge of 10%.
The only other fees you will pay will be for extras you request.
There are no additional booking fees to your rental rate and commissions on any activities, excursions, or extras you request, when you book directly with us, we do not add any mark-up. We will show you what each vendor charges, and you will have the option of paying vendors directly.
Should you choose to add any incidentals to your account with us and make a single payment to us to cover all extras at the end of your stay, we will add a 15% administration fee, which covers the credit card charges and our own accounts reconciliation.

When you book through us, we do much more than reserve your villa. We work with you to understand your vision of a perfect vacation and then plan it for you. To keep the process streamlined, you will communicate directly with the same people, from your initial enquiry through to the end of your stay. With no middleman involved, communication is faster and clearer, and the chances of misunderstandings are greatly reduced.
In addition, because we represent our property owners directly, in the event of a reservation needing to be cancelled or changed, we are in a position to negotiate swiftly on your behalf and find the best solution possible.

When you book direct, once your reservation is confirmed you will be connected with one of our professional concierges, who will help you plan your vacation down to the last detail. This is all part of our service and comes at no extra charge.
Our concierges are masters at understanding each party’s particular wants and needs, and will help design the perfect itinerary, from booking boat charters and making restaurant reservations, to planning special events at your villa and organising entertainment for children.
We pride ourselves on providing exceptional service, and your concierge will not only act as your personal trip planner prior to travelling but will also meet you on arrival and stay in touch daily throughout your vacation to fine tune details and adjust your plans as needed.
