We often say we are a 'team of people caring for people' because service is at the heart of what we do, from your first contact to the moment we say goodbye. But unlike the efficient, standardised style of service one might receive from a well-known brand, we take genuine, personal care of our guests. From the admin team to the concierges and the household staff, we get to know our guests’ particular needs and wants, their likes and dislikes, and ensure that, together, we craft the perfect experience for them.
Many of our guests lead busy personal and professional lives, and what they most need is time: time to focus on their family and their friends. That’s why we go the extra mile to take care of all the details - so that they can be fully present, rather than distracted by thoughts of what they may need to do or organise.
